Job Description :
- Design and deploy Competency based HR practices.
- Design, Deploy and Update polices as per emerging requirements of our Business.
- Design and deploy Objective goalsetting practices for the organization in terms of current and future needs.
- Creating POVs for Talent Practices based on emerging business requirements, talent data analysis and sound bites from the ground.
- Create Career paths and opportunities for the work force in a planned and structured manner.
- Prioritize & Program Manage deployment of all Talent processes & framework related to employee Life cycle.
- Ability to stick to timelines and deliver end results with the required quality.
- Come back with change suggestions to make process better based on their ground level experience of deploying the initiative.
- Build and leverage relationships to drive deployment on ground.
- Recognition & Learning; Creating a Leadership Pipeline, Career Pathing, Talent Review.
- From a HR practice we need to move to a more Data Driven decision making and conversation practice.
