This role will :
- Act as an HR Lead for the Zone
- Be the HR Generalist - responsible for all HR activities in the zone, and work closely with respective zonal team as well as HR team at Head Office
- Have good mix of operational HR along with opportunity to design and deliver HR Processes, employee interventions, and training modules
- Lead in rolling out national HR initiatives in the respective zone as well as work with the Commercial HR Lead for specific project assignments - to be rolled out nationally across the India Commercial Team team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Talent Management :
- Responsible for establishing efficient organization structure for respective business function, and devising manpower plans in line with the same
- Responsible for preparing and submitting the manpower budgets for the next financial year
- Anchor the manpower plans for the zone including internal movements, and identifying needs for external recruitment
External Recruitment :
- Identify the role requirements and desired profile requirements in discussion with hiring manager
- Ensure robust onboarding for new joinees into the organization as well as in-boarding for internal moves
Anchor the Talent Conversations and Talent Calibrations for all Zonal Employee :
- Identify succession pipeline for critical roles
- Discuss individual development plans for employees
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring for employee basis their Individual Development Plan
Conduct exit interviews for the exiting employees
Performance Appraisal :
- Responsible to ensure business goals are translated into clear and effective individual performance objectives basis the national framework
- Manage end to end Performance Management process which includes mid-year reviews, IDP and annual performance appraisals within specified timelines
- Anchor calibration meetings for Band 4 & 5 employees
- Anchor the Performance Improvement Process for identified employees in the zone
- Ensure real time support with regards to process and queries from employees and managers
- Anchor PMS workshops with the respective employee groups in the zone
Training :
- Support in identifying training needs for employees in respective zone basis their IDP
- Liaison with HO L&D team to ensure overage of zonal employees in the training programs being organized
- Work with the Commercial HR Head and HO L&D team to design / customize existing training modules for the employees
Reward & Recognition Program : Work with the HO HR & Commercial HR Lead for implementing National Program
Employee Engagement & Communication :
- Anchor monthly communication / newsletter for the zone
- Develop individual rapport with all employees in the zone & Provides HR advice and support to employees on career related issues/ professional front
- Ensure memorable employee experience esp. during long service award ceremony
- Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities on ground
- Work with the Sales Team for organizing Zonal Conference
Administration :
- Work along with business units to finalize the CAPEX requirement for every year
- Anchor the administration process including negotiating service contracts, vendor management, and daily administrative tasks with support of local FPR
- Lead the Health and Safety agenda for all employee locations under purview
- Support the HO Admin on real time basis for any event
Third Party Manpower Management :
- Work with the Zonal Sales & Development Manager on standardizing the Third-Party contracts and ensure basis benefits like insurance are implemented by the contractor
