What we are looking for:
A young and aspiring HR professional with strong business partnering skill and a healthy exposure in Organisation Design role at similar scale or larger organisation.
What you should have :
- 5-10 Yrs of relevant experience into Organization Design.
- Passion for business and wanting to create impact.
- High on aspiration and willing to work in challenging environment
- Been part of the HR team which requires senior stakeholder management
- Learning Orientation
- Logical thinking
- Design thought process with execution knowledge
What you will be doing :
- Will be working on Org level HR and Org Design initiatives.
- Working on key initiative design with key stakeholders and seeing these through execution leg till they mature and absorb in system
- Requires close collaboration with zonal Ekart teams.
Mandate Skill Set :
- Coordination, planning & execution
- Excellent Communication skills
- Eye for detail.
- Creative problem-solving ability

- CAN DO attitude
