We are hiring for the role of a HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) for our client company, who is a leader in the consulting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall mission.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent management to drive sustainable business growth.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing effective and timely resolutions.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
- Consult with managers to establish performance goals and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems that align with company objectives.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver relevant programs.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
- Analyze compensation trends and benchmark data to ensure the organization's compensation packages remain competitive.
- Provide insights on benefits strategies, including health and wellness programs, to attract and retain employees.
- Play a pivotal role in managing organizational change by assisting in the implementation of change initiatives and communicating effectively with employees.
- Utilize HRIS and other tools to gather, analyze, and present HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's HR practices are in line with legal requirements and assist in investigations related to compliance and employee misconduct.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting initiatives that celebrate differences and ensure equitable treatment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit ethical behavior.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
