What are we looking for ?
Our client is looking for a HRBP who understands the importance of organisation building & culture in a fast growing startup. This candidate will be responsible to execute projects around the people function focused on culture and talent development.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Setting up and scaling everything from a people, talent and culture perspective
- People ops- managing the employee journey, developing a people strategy, increasing employee value, align employee actions to achieve the wider goals of the organization
- Build highly cross functional teams- proactively creates new systems and programs to improve ways of working
- Build an employer branding roadmap to convey culture, vision, and objectives to attract top talent
Key Requirements:
- Tier A college pass out. Minimum 3 years work experience.
- Prior experience in early stage startups preferred
- Hunger to learn & build functions grounds up
- Avid social media user and understanding of creator economy/consumer internet
