Job Description: - Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. - Driving the overall HR strategy for the allocated Business Teams - Partnering with Key Business Stakeholders on HR Issues and recommending actions on all People related issues in the region - Driving Engagement & Retention across the region and recommending process/policy improvements to HR/Business Leadership in order to enable the organization to create an engaged and productive workforce - Establish and own HR Operations Process metrics, identifying key trends and providing input around improvements Qualification & Experience - 2+ Years of experience in HRBP - MBA - 2 years full time (Regular) - Fluent in TAMIL Language - Apply if you have 80% in 10th & 12th , 60% in UG & PG
