Interested professionals must bring in an experience of : - 3-5 yrs (post MBA full time) in the areas Performance Management &Compensation related activities
This role would mainly focus on supporting the consulting PD (Professional Development/performance) team for specific classes in consulting and also, be heavily involved in bonus calculation, compensation
- Stay updated on the performance and PD needs of the specific classes allocated, through open and on-going communication
- Track the performance and alignment with rating guidelines .
- Handle all PD related systems and policies
- Responsible for managing performance reviews .
- Update and track EMPLOYEE PROGRESSION VIS A VIS grades and, compensation .
- Work with class program managers closely to address issues/questions related to PD in general by participating in class meetings
- Manage all compensation activities
- Manage the annual performance bonus process .
Salary offered : Minimum 10 LPA
