Key Responsibility :
- Solution, design, construct complex analytical problem solutions using ML/AI techniques.
- Develop analytical models hands on using advanced techniques in R/Python.
- Lead a team of data scientists and data engineers to deliver HR Analytics projects.
- Build high quality data visualizations or guide a team to build such visualizations, to communicate data driven insights
- Front end client discussions, so excellent communication skills is a must
- Respond to client RFI/RFPs
- Collaborate with other functional teams including IT to implement analytics solutions
- Update himself/herself with the latest global trends in the workforce analytics
- Coach and mentor other members of the analytics team
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
Must Have :
- 8-11 years in quantitative analysis experience, including building AI/ML models.
- MSc (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields / MBA with Engineering back ground from premier institutes.
- Desire and ability to work in a virtual collaborative environment
- Advance data analytics using R/Python
- Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence hands on experience
- Unstructured data analysis using NLP, Neural networks hands on experience
- Visualization skills (Tableau/ Qlik/PowerBI etc.) is a good to have
- Team Handling experience
- Human Capital analytics experience is preferred.
