We are looking for our Regional Head - Client Acquisition who will Lead all efforts towards meeting and exceeding the regional revenue targets through implementation of efficient and quality client acquisition processes, systems and profitability improvement plans. Major Responsibilities : - Acquire new corporate clients for meeting the regional business revenue targets - Plan and decide strategy, budgets and execution of regional activities for building a robust pipeline of potential corporate clients - Manage the relationship with key stakeholders of acquired clients and existing key accounts - Direct / manage onboarding of new clients in coordination with the product, delivery and finance teams - Monitor the project delivery and upsell revenue - Take the lead on strategy for improving the delivery outcomes and client retention - Protract and direct team members to meet and grow the business revenue targets and client retention - Provide a forecast for business and pipeline projects for effective inventory planning and achieving optimization Skills, Experience &amp; Qualifications : - PG in Marketing or Healthcare Management Background - Atleast 12-15 years sales experience, 5-7 years in corporate sales, Achieved revenue targets in excess of INR 5 crores / year - Product-as-a-Solution or concept-selling approach, Persistent on follow-up - Excellent communication, good networking skills, fast with numbers and MS office - Excellent Leadership skills - A Good story-teller - Energetic and Passionate about wellness and healthy living - Result/Target Orientated
