About Bose Foundation:

Bose Foundation works in the field of women empowerment by skilling / upskilling women in apparel & garment manufacturing. Bose Foundation also acts as an incubator for start-ups looking to launch their fashion brand in the sustainable/ethical fashion space. Bose Foundation is backed by Hula Global, a garment manufacturer with its expertise in apparel manufacturing.

There are four key segments :

4. Sustainable fashion advocacy

About the role :

1. Short-term / Immediate goals : Fund raising

- Institutional Fundraising : You will be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering the organization's financial sustainability plan which includes fund raising from institutional and corporates

- Government Fundraising : You will be responsible for raising funds with a combination of various grants from State Government, Central Government and a variety of other philanthropic institutions

2. Mid / Long term goals : Partnerships

- Partnerships : Identify and maintain partnerships with various partners for success of the on-going programs

- Networking : Onboard and maintain mentors / advisors, thereby building a strong network for all the stakeholders participating in the program through effective implementations of relationship management.

- Fundraising : Raise funds from institutions, corporate organizations, foundations and Government for various needs of the incubators.

- Outreach : Represent Bose Foundation at various forums and conferences and ensure the success stories are well documented and portrayed across media and the website.

- Events and Conferences : Organize events and conferences (physical + online) for developing incubates and strengthening a culture of knowledge exchange.
