About Hula Global - Hula Global is an organization specializing in the manufacturing and sourcing of apparel & fashion products. Hula Global owns and operates several D2C fashion brands that the group plans a spin-off.

About the role:

Sell-side: (80%)

1. Portfolio: You will be responsible for end-to-end execution for fundraising for our portfolio brands

2. Group: Arranging funds - debts or equity or a mix of both

Buy-side

1. Due Diligence of target companies

2. Deal structuring - Negotiate and create an outcome favorable for the group

3. Acquisition finance -Arrange fund for acquisition (LBOs)

Your profile:

Someone from the investment backing with a track record of leading at least 5 successful sell-side mandate.
