Role Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for plan, organise, lead and control the operations of the unit. Driving processes in the unit to meet customer requirements and ensuring adherence to good manufacturing practices in the unit are key deliverables. Innovation is key in the business, and he must be committed to the creation of a culture that furthers product and process innovation.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Responsible for managing operations for Plant: Lead the Overall Manufacturing Site towards achievement of Annual Goals, as relating to Safety, Productivity, Loss Elimination, Overhead Cost Optimization, Quality and Customer Delivery efficiency, Projects, People Development

- Drawing up Manufacturing Strategy with focus on Lean operations, Process Transformation, Business Excellence, TPM, 5S & Kaizen. Lean & TPM implementation.

- Coordination and communication with Peer Functions - Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance.

- Quality Systems and Process Implementation & Control.

- Customer Delivery Improvement from Factories

- People leader: Retain talent and use innovative techniques for retention and providing career growth Constant training and coaching in technical skills up gradation

- Sustainability Initiatives- Energy, Water, Material, Waste to Energy, Renewable Raw Material use etc.

- Implementation of Common Minimum Safety programmes and Processes and path for future.

- Track Technology development on Process, Engineering for effectively harnessing and implementation for future.

- Customer engagement in quality and delivery.

Candidate qualifications: Candidates should be B.Sc or BE/ ME with atleast 15 years of relevant industry experience
