Title : Manager Supply Chain Excellence (Projects and Analytics)

Role Scope : Global with Specific Support to Region

Requirements : Sound financial and analytical acumen with a flair and interest in technology. Prior working knowledge of Power Query and Power BI Tools will be a preferred competency.

Position summary :

- The position is part of the Global Supply Chain organisation, with Global (EU, India, MEA & SEAO) and specific regional support as & when required. The role is new to the segment and will encompass the following aspects:

- Responsible for development, implementation and support for all Systems, Tools and Processes that support the Global Supply Chain function

Defined Scope :

In-scope :

- S&OP Planning, Customer Forecast/Demand, Customer Services, Production Planning, Material Resource Planning, Transactional Procurement, Logistics provision, Sourcing.

Out of scope : Internal logistics, Manufacturing.

Main tasks :

1. Immediate Technical Ownership, continued development and improvements for the following toolset :

a. Sourcing Initiative Plans (SIP)

b. Market Movements

c. Spend Cube

d. Inventory Model

2. Systems, Tools & Process Roadmap :

a. Support development of a roadmap to ensure supply chain capabilities for High Performance team

i. Identify and recommend, in conjunction with IT, suite of tools to support roadmap

b. Develop communication roadmap, ensuring supply chain effectively communicates information to afford fact-based decision making by all levels of the organisation

3. Digital Transformation in Sourcing & Supply Chain function for improvements in Working Capital , Supply Planning & Demand Planning

Necessary education/experience/knowledge/skills :

- MBA or equivalent level education

- Ability to think strategically, capable to develop and translate the strategic agenda into concrete actions plans, monitor and report achievement

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills, with strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to effectively develop solutions

- Demonstrated Project management experience from ideation to execution, including result realisation.

- Advance Excel & Exposure to Power Query foundation & basics great advantage

- Experience in creating Reports, Dashboard and visualizations in PowerBI/Tableau

- Capable of working in a matrix environment

- Strong influencing and communication skills

- Training & development skills
