Job Name: IT Infrastructure Lead - India Location: Corporate Head Quarters India - Thane Key Accountabilities: - Develop the overall IT infrastructure roadmap for the India Organization at par with best IT practices for end user experiences. - Ensure a robust Business Continuity Planning for the IT Infrastructure of the organization. - Identification of IT Needs of the organization, providing solutions in a time bound timeframe. - Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills with Leadership Team in India and Global Stakeholders. - Understanding the Group Digital Framework and Advisory on best implementation strategy and execution. - Create a Performance Based Metric for the IT organization, SLA Management and NPS Management. - Creating Best in Class Service Management Levels for the users with limited resources. - Negotiating with External Vendors for Procurement and Servicing of existing assets. - Negotiating with Internal Stakeholders for Procurement of the vendors in smooth and timely manner. - Managing Internal and Global Events with zero latency in the network at a large gathering. - Creating framework for faster user resolution queries and uninterrupted user experiences. - Ensuring appropriate and robust safety systems within the network without affecting the user experience. - Lead the team of employees and contract staff and be accountable for their performance and growth. - Diagnosing business issues that may be related to IT infrastructure and using tools to identify levers which will maximise organization performance. Qualifications: - Full Time MBA / Postgraduate from a reputable institute - Proven Performance Track Record. - High on Integrity, Values and Ethics - Self-Driven and Motivated to drive excellence business results. - Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills to manage Local and Global Leadership. - Excellent People Management and Leadership skills to manage team and end users.
