Talent Acquisition Specialist:

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and Execute Sourcing Strategy for all the hiring needs of the organization.

- Ability to understand the business needs and source and select the desired candidates as per the requirement

- Partner with third party suppliers and contribute to a broad recruitment strategy across social media, direct sourcing and employee referrals.

- Ensuring that the hiring cost is maintained at optimum level

- Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, direct sourcing and alternative avenues.

- Able to engage passive candidates and generate additional leads

- Provide value and collaborative ideas, feedback and improvements

- Deliver the best candidate experience by developing a sell strategy and techniques that attract top-tier talent

- Publish hiring funnel dashboards on weekly and monthly basis.

- Outstanding project and program management skills; productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities

- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

Requirements:

- Capable to work under pressure & deliver as per timelines

- Exceptional communication & analytical skills

- Logical thinker, Problem-solver

- Should be proficient on MS Office Software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

- Candidate should be an MBA in HR/ IR with 3-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
