Designation : Manager (Talent Acquisition)

Reporting: Head HR (Chief Human Resources Officer)

Location: Gurgaon

Minimum Requirement :

Experience: 10-14 years of IT Recruitment along with.

Education: MBA / PG (Full Time).

Previous Industry Experience (All Mandate) :

- Define vision & strategy for talent acquisition function

- Define, develop and roll out recruiting metrics in collaboration with the Talent Management team

- Lead, manage and develop the recruiting team across multiple locations

- Own and improve the recruiting process/automation

- Drive social media recruitment for the company

- Hands-on in all steps of the hiring process

- Excellent Team, Stakeholder & Data Management
