- The position will be responsible for the company wide central procurement of equipment, software and services for in-house as well as customer requirements, logistics management including delivery and warehousing of material, inventory control planning and distribution of the material to various sites across the country. To ensure all orders are efficiently processed and timely deliveries are made, maintaining the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers. Work closely with the marketing team to evaluate demand forecasts and manage master distribution plans to ensure efficient stock ordering and planning.

- Responsible for negotiating terms of key contracts, signing of service level agreements. Partner with respective teams in structuring the scope of work, penalty and payment clauses. Adopt best practice, legal/business risk and performance based reward and penalty clauses while signing service providers. Formulate commercial bids and margin analysis to increase the profitability of projects. Interact with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and create long-term relationships with vendors to help achieve their and the organisation's goals.

- Structure purchase policy, PO terms and conditions for various Hardware and service level agreements and will expedite the complete commercial activity of the company. He will be responsible for vendor management and vendor development. He will be responsible to ensure constant interaction with vendors and up-to-date inventory of goods, - Utilize IMP systems for efficient inventory management via MRP and inventory simulations. Build and create long-term and strategic sourcing relationships for Top 10 material/services requirements.

- Liaison with Telecom Regulatory & Government Authorities for all supply chain related activities including DoT, WPC, Customs authorities. Deal with Import/freight forwarding agencies and ensure all clearance and statutory compliances are governed. Reduce cycle time of Imports and custom clearance and thereby reducing effect if undelivered revenues.

- Prepare budgets for review and approval by the management. Set up internal and external tracking and monitoring of service, quality, cost control and timeliness.

- Provide leadership to supply chain and logistics team and support staff, focusing on setting goals and priorities.
