1) Working on areas of business diversification beyond current business areas.

2) Preparing business plans, models and feasibility for new business areas of expansion.

3) Formulating strategic business alliances and partnerships for long-term growth.

4) Exploring opportunities for inorganic growth through M&A opportunities.

5) Ideate with and influence with the leadership team members on new growth areas.

6) Benchmark with the larger telecom industry.
