It is the generalist HR role with great essence of business partnering with Zonal Business Head in a service sector. The role warrants proficient knowledge in labour laws ( PF, ESI, Gratuity) and union management.
i) To manage the talent acquisition of the zone
ii) To manage the employee relations of the zone
iii) To manage the PF, ESI and other labor law compliance for the Hub.
iv) To manage any disputes with the union
v) To manage the performance management of the hub
vi) To manage the Employee Health & Safety of the employees
it is a team handling role reporting to Head - HR
