Urgent opening with one of our clients which is a leading Indian MNC mobile handset company for the position of Hub Head South based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Lead Business

1. Strategy

i. As a part of Senior Management, provide strategic direction to the organization on its short & long term plans

ii. Translate business vision and strategy into operational initiatives & tactics

iii. Design & Execute strategy to create sustained market leadership & profitability in line with Annualized Operating Plan (AOP)

Envisage & Deploy strategies for new product launches

2. Business Operations

i. Budget, Deliver & Manage key P&L metrics (Gross Revenue, Sales & Distribution Expenses/Budgets etc.) for the Hub

ii. Build the organizational support and infrastructure needed to achieve business objectives

II. Lead People.

Role Model

i. Engage & Empower team members by aligning them to the overall organization strategy and action plan

iii. Inspire people through Lava values driven conduct & build positive morale

2. Capability Development

i. Enhance capability of team through coaching and mentoring
