- Responsible for driving Design, Delivery, Implementation, Optimisation, Operation & Maintenance of all network facilities, infrastructure and operations in Telecom circles of a HubTo deliver capability into the network, to ensure the network capability meets Global & local requirements for both mobile, long distance and enterprise networks  - Network and IT operations & maintenance cost and performance  - Providing valuable inputs to network design and architecture during planning and design phase  - Deployment of new network initiatives within the Hub within specified time, cost and quality guideline  - Developing Hub organization capability to handle future technologies and deliver best in class service to the business  Required Experience/ Skills:  - 12 years plus Senior management in Mobile Network Implementation and Management experience  - Appropriate Network Operational experience  - Project/programme management expertise  - Network Technical Background
