As a Hub Business Head, you will be responsible for driving business volume generation, achieving disbursement targets, managing distribution, optimizing productivity, and ensuring overall business growth. You will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining talent, enhancing customer engagement and retention, and coordinating with the Head Office for various portfolio-related activities.
What you will do:
- Driving Mortgage Business Volume with a mix of Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Developing strategies to capitalize on market potential and aligning with the company's growth aspirations.
- Achieving disbursement targets in line with the budget, considering market potential and organizational growth objectives.
- Monitoring and guiding the team to ensure both individual and collective disbursement goals are met.
- Managing Interest Rate of Return (IRR), fees, and insurance aspects of mortgage business for optimal financial performance.
- Overseeing and optimizing the distribution network to maximize business reach and efficiency.
- Developing and implementing strategies for expanding distribution channels.
- Monitoring and managing collections within the 1 90 days' delinquency period.
- Implementing strategies to minimize delinquency and improving overall portfolio quality.
- Monitoring and driving Field Sales Officer (FOS) productivity.
- Implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reducing turnaround times.
- Identifying and recruiting high-performing individuals from the market as per budget projections.
- Implementing strategies for talent retention and development within the hub.
- Enhancing customer portfolio through effective customer profiling, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Planning and executing marketing activities in the location to promote mortgage products and building brand awareness.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaigns.
- Laising with the Head Office for all portfolio-related activities, including operational, regulatory, audit, and ratings.
- Providing regular updates and reports on the hub's performance and challenges.
- Addressing any other responsibilities and tasks as required by the business for its growth and success.
What you need to have:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate, MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in mortgage business or financial services.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
