Planning and executing a retail plan. Placing the right retail resources at the right shop.  2. Implementing In-shop & shop front brand visibility activities including innovations in a highly competitive visibility space.   3. Ensuring the branding elements to be deployed at the stores as per the planogram.   4. Organizing, managing & conducting brand activations-mall activations, exhibitions, new stores launch, product launch dealer's meet and promotional activities.  5. Aligning with the TSMs to get the POSM deployed for creating store visibility.   6. Preparing the competitors- report to understand the market insights and benchmark with our existing plans.  7. Monitoring the high value retail material deployed at the stores.  8. Coordinating with the local level vendors for proper management of retail resources in the given timelines  You are expected to :  1. Have a minimum educational qualification (Bachelor's degree) with minimum experience of 3 Years.  2. Have sound technical knowledge of the Mobiles  3. Have demonstrated understanding of market knowledge and existing mobile industry trends.  4.
