1.) Experience of 7-13 years in direct sales or channel sales, Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BFSI
2.) Through understanding of
2.1. BFSI market (including three major sub-industries Banking, Insurance, other Financial companies like insurance, etc)
or
2.2. Manufacturing market (including some major sub-industries Vehicle manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises, other Manufacturing companies).
3.) Responsible for planning the business in line with the Huawei India storage sales strategy and establishing a process to track the progress toward goals.
4.) Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
5.) Strong account management and relationship building skills in BFSI industry.
6.) Should have good customer acquisition skills.
7.) Should have knowledge of storage product (AFA, Hybrid, Distributed storage, NAS, Data protection)
