‘Strategic Partnerships’ business was started by HT Media at the beginning of the year 2007. This business identifies growth companies and enters into Long Term Strategic Partnerships with them. HT Media picks up a minority stake/ buys real estate properties in such companies and in return, offers advertising / brand buliding solutions
- The main purpose of the job is to plan an exit strategy for the real estate assets held by HT Media Limited under the 'Strategic Partnership' business line. The incumbent will be involved in planning and executing various steps to ensure a profitable exit on a regular basis.
- Additionally, the incumbant will be required to initiate, execute and close the strategic partnerships with various clients, with focus on real estate deals. Liaison with various intermediaries/ NRIs/ HNIs/ channel partners for successful execution of sale of assets
- Work Experience preferred: Proven experience in selling Real Estate assets (Candidates having a database of NRI/HNI shall be given a preferrence)
- Candidate should be a self starter and should be able to work with minimum amount of reliance on others
Portfolio Management (Real Estate)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills are essential
- Prior experience in contractual negotiations preferred
