HT Media - Zonal Sales Manager - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

To be responsible for growing revenue of the learning centers and ensure their efficient operations. To undertake activities which develop a) long term demand for company's products and b) brand image with customers & consumers, schools and other bodies to make Studymate a preferred learning center.

Sales:-

- To devise & drive all BTL elements including in center sales & marketing activities - to ensure adequate Enquiry generation- to meet revenue targets by complying with the Sales/Commercial policies, for all centers covered in the zone. 

- To build & implement processes to increase conversion of enquiry to walkin and final enrollment.

Key KPIs - Revenue & SS Generation; Secondary KPIs: Overdue O/S, %age benefits, lumpsum contribution, KYC compliance

- Improve brand Image & customer & consumer satisfaction

KPI:

No. & %age of physical students renewal ; enrollments through reference of internal student & word of mouth.

NPS of the Center(s)

- Center Operations: Ensure MIS and effective center management.

KPI - Resolution by defined TATs; costs as per approved budgets

- Analytics and Mapping Competition Data: Trend Analysis on various aspects/offerings.

KPI - No. of effective measures taken to increase enrollments

People Management:

Encourage & Co-ordinate to resolve all academic issues by & between the sales and delivery team to ensure satisfactory academic delivery to students. Increase capability of team members & develop a bench for future by providing proactive training inputs & feedback.

Leadership Qualities:

- Leading from the front with active participation in major center activities, regular reviews of center operations, monitoring of sales, marketing, operations & receivables for the centers allocated.

Should be high on ownership, have a strong achievement and solution orientation

Candidates preferred from Premier B Schools.

For candidates from Tier 2 MBA/PGDM institutes : minimum experience required is 6-8 years.
