Description :

The profile is for a Product Specialist, who will be responsible for harnessing an end-to-end expertise of Product / Technology driven recruitment solutions, and ensuring customer onboarding for such solutions.

The role shall involve extensive interactions with large corporates, and pre-sales support activities necessary for client acquisition.

Must Have :

- Very good Analytical Skills

- Data scraping / information sourcing abilities

- Very good communication skills

- Confidence to face and manage clients, and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Demonstrated track record of working with large corporates / enterprises

- Must have a hands-on approach when it comes to executing solutions in partnership with customers

Good to have :

- Experience as a HRO / RPO professional, seasoned in managing large corporate account implementation of new technology / processes

- Knowledge of various technology driven HR recruitment solutions

- Experience with a HR Solutions provider will be advantageous

- Comfortable with technology and its adoption
