Job Responsibilities

- Develop & execute the social media strategy for the organization and ensure strong brand presence across relevant platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram

- Manage a team of social media executives

- Develop engaging & relevant content/creatives and design

- Work closely with content team to align the social media strategy with our overall content plan

- Ensure constant communication with the student community online

- Design and manage social media campaigns for our clients

- Develop proposals for the clients as well as participate in client meetings/calls

- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the social media space and implement those in the organization's plan

Required Skills

- Hands on-experience in executing social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

- Strong content development skills

- Working knowledge of creative design tools, including HTML5, Photoshop, CSS, etc.

- Prior team management experience

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualification

- Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Engineering

- Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Business Management preferred

Salary range: 8 - 15 LPA
