The individual is to be self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, adaptable, Flexible, resourceful, computer savvy, and detail oriented with strong written & verbal communications skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities . A - can do attitude is required and the individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage project delivery and small teams of 3-5 people, with multiple such teams reporting to candidate. Anticipate delays in project delivery and make recommendations to management for mitigation/ solutions. Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests.

Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with senior management and the activations on a day to day basis with minimum supervision and following all steps to ensure project stays on track.

Work with creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research,ability to share & constantly learn new technology.

Provide EXCELLENT process control and operations delivery with a positive attitude.

Duties include:

Responsible for a team of 15 - 18 people, working on set projects

Anticipating delivery risks and information delivery and risk mitigation.

Creating project dockets including budgets, timelines, project folders and preparing daily back office reports of the team deliveries.

Quality assurance including proof reading and ensuring that all work presented to management meets their specifications.

Generating and presenting change orders

Providing management with timely updates and status of team deliverables.

Updating all project statuses in the Sumo portal as frequently as possible throughout the day - and before leaving work at the end of the day

Review and preparation of invoices

Attending all staff briefings and project status check-ins each morning

Requirements:

Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, written & verbal communication. Must have strong follow-up skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Must have excellent phone skills & etiquette.

Must be willing to learn new things.
