Manager - Controllership

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring monthly books closure & preparation of monthly MIS report (PL & BS).

- Finalization of Quarterly Standalone Unaudited Financial Results & Annual Standalone Financial Statements for 2 listed entities as per Ind AS and SEBI LODR requirement.

- Handling audit queries during quarterly limited reviews, annual statutory audits, internal audit and ICFR testing of FSCP process.

- Performing Going concern assessment, impairment testing assessment for investment in subsidiaries / JV / PPE / ICD given, NBFC & CIC assessment, coordinating actuarial valuation.

- Coordinating with Secretarial / Investor Relations / FP&A and Tax teams for Board Report/ Corporate Governance Report / MD&A disclosures, CFO presentation slides to Board, XBRL filing, data for Income tax assessments.

Other:

- CA with around 5 years' experience in CA firm (Big 4 preferred)/ MNC/ Listed Company

- Experience in the Financial Statements Closing process

- Prior experience on SAP

- Excellent Excel and general computer skills

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision
