Position: Relationship/ Account Manager/Key Account Manager (Sales)
Reporting to: Branch Sales Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Description: We are having a requirement in our organisation for Sales/Business Development role.
Responsibilities:
The main areas of responsibilities for this role are detailed under:
Deliver on Sales Targets of online business
- Adhere to the sales policies and procedures for centre in collaboration
- Innovate and suggest local sales promotion activities within budget
- Grow and sustain advertisement revenue by focusing on various categories of prospective clients.
Customer Account Management:
- Identify and build alliances with High Value Corporate Clients.
- Provide inputs in the development of sales pitches and proposals.
- Track and facilitate the process of credit collections
Business Development:
- Collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition/ redesign/ introduce offerings.
- Identify new and prospective customers, initiate and develop alternative sources of content to increase business.
Function Skills: Sound sales and operations knowledge and experience.
Competencies:
- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
- Analytical skills for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.
- Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands
Others:
- Experience of working in the Media business/Internet is not essential.
- Experience of selling software or recruitment services will be added advantage.
- Flair for taking up responsibilities independently. Proactive initiative taker.

- B2B sales with includes complete end to end sales cycle.
- Acquiring new clients.
- Cold calling.
- Lead generation.
- Negotiations.
- Demo/ presentations.
- Retention of existing clients - Generate revenue.
