HT Media - Digital Services has built a solid performance platform in FY13-14 and is now positioned to take great advantage of the opportunity for growth in the market. The HR team has a critical role to play in the future performance story of Digital Business. Critical to our success in FY14-15, is to make big progress on our Talent agenda as an organization .

Scope: HR Business Partner to

- Sales with 400 employees across India, partnering with the Business Head

- Marketing, Product, Analytic, Technology, Service etc organizations with 150 employees partnering the
Functional / Business Heads of each of these functions

Purpose of Role:

- Enable business performance using the levers of Organisation Effectiveness, Talent, Reward and Engagement

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

- For the Business that the BP supports (tbd), translate the overall plan to leverage the impact locally support and implement so the outcomes are sustained and embedded in the following areas:

- Organisation Effectiveness:Work to ensure that structure, processes and capabilities are in place to support the business strategy.

- Engagement:Develop a deep understanding of engagement drivers and Great Place to work insights to systematically strengthen our organisational performance.

- Talent: Bring the talent strategy alive with a key focus on growing our talent base and strengthening succession plans . Create talent pools / bench internally and externally

Desired Skills, Education and Experience:

- 12+ years HR business partnering experience which covers the full HR functional agenda.

- Preferably worked in high process oriented environment

- Has experience of working in a multistakeholder environment

- Should have experience of supporting large Sales group in the course of the 10 years experience.

- Demonstrated coaching ability and experience with leaders is essential

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education: Btech and MBA ( HR ) from XLRI / TISS / Symbioss / XISS / MDI only
