The Head of Digital Marketing will be leading all digital marketing efforts for Shine.com including performance marketing, CPC, CPL, CPM and Affiliate, Online customer acquisition, SEO, SMO & Email Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Being a - hands-on leader- that can lead engagements around new offerings created
- Identify and implement innovative marketing solutions across focus markets by way of identifying marketing opportunities and creating pilots thereafter
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies & ad-networks
- Handle multiple projects, schedules and maintain budgets effectively.
- Prioritise initiatives leading to the greatest returns for spend
- Analyse key metrics through analytics to drive efficiencies by tracking, reporting, and analysing website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Use online forums, social media and digital networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Slideshare and online forums / discussion groups
- Provide insightful recommendations and thought leadership and initiatives based on prior experience, industry trends and analytics
- Responsible for all campaign deliverables, drive results and control costs
- Ensure financial discipline of business operations and high utilization
- Work collaboratively across organization to help secure commitment for company goals
Desired Profile:
- Around 8 to 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Ability to execute, collect and analyse data whilst identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work across functions & departments
