Job Location: Gurgaon / Delhi  Experience Level: 12-15 years  Academic Qualification: Post Graduation  Job Responsibilities  - Achieve targets for revenue, yield & market share for multiple categories through the shop-in-shop model, wherein HT kiosks are strategically set up in high catchment areas to generate both in-bound as well as out-bound sales of various advertisement & marketing products  - Engage and develop the shop-in-shop channel for growth, resolve issues by streamlining process  - Design and execute innovative features across categories - could extend into selling non-print products for the enterprise  - Focus on initiatives for increasing revenue while delivering as per client expectations and adhering to internal processes and business objectives  - Manage and develop team and ensure revenue delivery for them  - Partner with senior leaders in new business opportunities/projects/central initiatives etc  Skills & Abilities:  Excellent communication skills & Presentation skills.  Strong executive presence, analytical abilities, people leadership and negotiation skills.  Ability to work in a matrix organization.  Resourcing Team
