Role Description
1. Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute HT Media brand strategy in alignment with business objectives and overall brand proposition
- Plan and implement all marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
2. Content Management
- Create, edit and improve the content that the audience is looking for and optimize the path to conversion
- Deliver effective editorial plan and content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives. Measure and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive the demand for the brand.
- Co-develop HT Media module calendar. A bouquet of offering from existing properties and new modules which address the skill sets as desired by our stakeholders.
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
3. Data Analytics
- Achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns by collecting and analyzing data and identifying trends and insights.
- Track, report, and analyze website data, and PPC campaigns.
- Optimize the landing pages of paid marketing campaigns.
- Research and analyze advertising links of the competitors.
- Manage the expense and budget of campaigns and estimate monthly costs.
- Optimize the marketing conversion paths - Collaboration with each team responsible for social media posts, email, and blogging to optimize each conversion path
4. Monetizing HT Media Assets
- Develop and execute go-to-market sales campaigns leveraging the digital and print content abilities and target consumer reach
- Conceptualize and execute digital events webinars, live streams, virtual conferences, etc. depending upon the client brief
- Establish and grow relationships with decision-makers / influencers within major clients (that spends on digital brand campaigns )
- Actively identify and pursue new advertising and revenue opportunities.
