B2B Partnership & Alliance Manager - Corporate Giftings

Job Brief:

We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Partnerships & Alliances Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic partnerships with organizations in accordance with company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

1) B2B sales

2) Corporate sales

3) Corporate gifting

4) Sourcing new partners, alliances and executing exciting partnerships

5) Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business goals and strategy

6) Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships

7) Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.

8) Drive key business KPIs viz. Sales, revenue, ARPU, retention

9) Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
