Job Description: Training the Sales employees of Shine.com to help them improve their performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Induction & Orientation Training for all new Sales employees.
- To design and roll out training calendar on monthly basis focusing on Skill based Programs (70%) and Knowledge based Programs (30%)
- Responsible for content development and delivery of new training requirements as well as ongoing review existing content for relevance to business or functional requirements.
- To conduct TNA in consultation with business or regional teams and deploy delivery options for the organization
- Working directly with specified under performers
- Minimum 15 days Classroom & Field sales training during a month
- Driving Regional & National Sales Contests
- Maintaining Classroom & Field Observation reports.
- Conduct one on one discussions with the designated group on regular basis
- Publish a regular training dashboard describing the progress & updates on training conducted and effectiveness of the training on a month on month basis.

- Display of clear leadership skills
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Training & Development, particularly in the field of Sales.
Education: Any graduate or post graduate. MBA/PGDM would be ideal.

- Understanding of Online Industry.
Salary Range: 7 - 10 LPA
