Functional Competencies

- Own the offline B2C Brand Marketing initiatives for the flagship digital business of HT Media - Shine.com & Shine Career Plus

- Should have excellent understanding of consumer marketing, research, brand architecture and agency management skills

- Ability to plan, design and implement new branding initiatives and manage the 360 degree communication for a brand

- Ability to design creative briefs and develop communication both through creative agencies and in-house creative teams

- Understanding of basic online marketing concepts and ability to design campaigns to achieve the marketing/business objectives

- Should have strong knowledge of social media platforms and should have the ability to drive social media campaigns

- Should be able to own projects and deliver as per agreed targets

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and derive consensus

- Ability to work with teams with diverse background

- Excellent verbal & written communications skills

- High analytical ability

- Strong ability to work under pressure, manage timelines and deliver tangible solutions

- Ability to prioritise assignments / projects and work accordingly

Responsibilities

- Working with the Brand Head to manage the offline marketing for the brand

- Work towards achieving the targets of active candidates on Site & total leads for Shine Career Plus

- Manage the complete marketing calendar and deliver projects as per the plans

- Manage the communication for the brand and the ATL & BTL activates

- Manage vendors and budgets

- Conduct the planned researches and develop the market understanding and consumer insight

- Work closely with the online marketing team to develop online creatives aligned to the marketing initiative

- Analyze ROI for each campaign by product groups

- Conduct regular brand track studies and maintain the intended positioning

Education

- Any graduate with MBA from top B school

- Excellent communication skill is a must

Experience

- Should have experience in handling a brand portfolio

- Preferably with 1 - 4 years experience in either marketing or creative agency or in any corporate marketing team

Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
