Analyst (Insights Specialist)

- Exceptional business analytics and communication skills to translate insights into action to help our customers meet their objectives.

- Working on data sets, reports, client's business/marketing challenges and use critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making.

- Responsible for managing analytical projects and developing and delivering analysis/tools through data-driven recommendations in a visually compelling way. Present these recommendations to audiences across the internal sales teams, and sometimes external clients, and act as the insights subject matter expert who is able to drive thought leadership and deliver complex analysis in a simplified and impactful way.

- Anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of HT's key clients in the given vertical and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You will identify up-sell opportunities across accounts and partner with sales to drive incremental revenue.

- Critical support to improve our client conversations through strategic storytelling and actionable insights for positive growth and relationship outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on a vision that will address our clients' business challenges and collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives.

- Empower teams on their own analytical and storytelling skills, enabling the vertical to elevate their customer conversations and the media sales teams to pitch better.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Degree in math, business, statistics, economics or engineering.

- Relevant experience in business research and marketing & sales analytics with marketing research/data analytics agencies/firms, consulting firms, media companies.

- Excellent communication, statistical and data analysis skills.

- Ability to convert a complex data set into an actionable recommendation.

- Experience with MS excel and Power Point skills.
