Account Manager - Brand Promotion

Role Summary (with Key Deliverables):

Responsible for ideating, creating and selling brand promotions to clients based on the content opportunities available in specified supplements of the group. The role includes evangelizing the brand solutions approach to prospective clients. The role would have revenue responsibility.

Details:

- Monetize HT products for Brand Promotions(Native advertising + content led solutions)

- Guide and ratify the BP ideas to prospective clients based on content opportunities

- Prepare client briefs for BP, when such requests come from the client

- Explore with editorial, additional content ideas for enhancing BP offerings

- Liase with editorial team for smooth and high quality implementation of BP ideas

- Liase with the person assigned for pricing decisions of BP

- Creating & maintaining good relationship with clients

- Maximize business by ensuring network deals and adding Hindi publications wherever possible

- Ensure offerings are being ideated and created for the client on the basis of content opportunities/client briefs

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum exposure of 3 years in a Selling function, ideally of a Media product.

- Entrepreneurial attitude with good communication skills

- Highly driven & process orientation with ownership/passion for the job

- Be energetic and passionate about their product specialty

- Ability to maximize revenues through editorial promotions

- Ability to think creatively and out of the box

- Be able to work well with a wide range of people from different part of the business

- Be able to manage different projects at the same time

- Good understanding of the Market

- Integrity towards the organization

- Smart and pleasing personality

- Aggressive in closing deals and be able to coordinate with multiple departments & agencies

- Ability to network well within clients and agencies & also know about forthcoming campaigns

- Graduate in marketing, Advertising, PG/MBA in Sales & Marketing
