As a Program Manager, your job will be to work across cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities:

- Engage with business owners and stakeholders in multiple functional areas and organizations to identify and document key program launch goals, priorities, work streams, and deliverables.

- Collaborate with clients daily, guiding processes to advance and improve program launch.

- Communicate progress, status, and summarized updates of launch plans to internal and external audiences.

- Create decks, and send succinct status emails and reports with program stakeholders.

- Navigate understanding of corporate policies to ensure smooth implementations

Requirements:

- 1-3 years experience in project or program operations/management background

- Prior tech/cloud courses or internships, or related tech industry experience preferred

- Expertise in engaging with a wide range of audiences from end users to senior management

- Enterprise-level communications experience; preferably with technology clients/companies
