Wholesale Credit & Market Risk (WMR) function is responsible for the approvals, policies, portfolio management and reporting on the Group's Wholesale Credit and Market Risk exposures. Teams currently support North America, Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific across multiple aspects of the Wholesale Credit value chain such as credit approvals, credit review, risk identification and loan management.  Within WMR, Risk Transformation - Project Managers manage change through projects which are established to deliver a specific outcome, on time and on budget. The projects will typically have a clearly defined output, fixed start and end date with a well-defined development/delivery path. Projects may be stand alone or part of a Programme.  Responsibilities of the role holder are :-  - Produce a well-defined project plan, identifying the key milestones and assigning responsibilities/resources   - Develop the plan in line with functional Project Management Framework  - Communicate the plan to stakeholders and engage with project sponsor - as required  - Develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost using established Global Change Delivery estimating models, best practices, and past experience  - Mobilize the project team and allocates tasks and roles  - Apply Risk domain knowledge to work with transformation partners (like Software Delivery, Offshoring team, vendors, etc) to propose system solutions and risk processes to risk program sponsors  - Provide timely reports on project status, budget, risks and issues, evaluating project performance based on management information  - Drive a culture of achievement and ensure pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success   - Promote and take accountability for project quality; identify opportunities to improve delivery and oversee the governance process to reduce risk and ensure effective and timely decisions are taken  - Use Management Services team for standardized project metrics and reporting driven out of Clarity. Management by exception of budget and schedule variance. Ensuing accurate and responsible status reporting. Escalating, coordinating any mitigates or remedial action  Education, Experience & Skill Required :-  - Prior and relevant experience of minimum 12 years, post qualification   - Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle  - Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas - Market Risk, Front Office (asset classes), commercial banking, wholesale banking  - Prior experience on :  Market risk calculations including sensitivities, VAR and stress measures  Exposure to CVA and CVA VAR calculations  Global Markets infrastructure, including trading systems and deal flows  End to end processes relating to trade booking, market risk mgmt. limit monitoring and linkage to Finance and Product Control processes  - Strong understanding of Change Delivery / Business Transformation Framework and experience working in banking change projects  - PMP certified or trained, whereas Prince2 certification is optional, should have previously worked on Clarity / Workbench  - Excellent communication skills  - Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization
