Salary Offered : 8 - 14 LPA  Principal Responsibilities:  - To own up responsibility on all issues pertaining to Electronic security equipment planning, design, installation, operations and maintenance for providing an effective security cover to bank's assets and operations across the country.   - To manage, plan and provide all security functions from the central Security Control Center (SCC) on a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) basis. The Manager SFR shall be the representative of the Bank on all matters concerning day to day management and operations of the SCC.   - The role encompasses handling security, spread over branches, ATMs, premises and Corporate office, countrywide.   - In addition, the role also includes budgetary allocation to electronic security surveillance agencies providing services such as CCTV coverage, Intrusion alarm, Access control maintenance and fresh installations at various locations.   - Handling of new projects is also part of this role. The cost of such projects borne by respective business and security installations is driven through this role.   - This role supports group entities i.e. GSCs, InvestDirect, CHOICe and ATM network security operations.   - This role assists in Executive protection and manages traveller's data to be available in case of emergency / exigency  Qualifications/Requirements:  - Centralized Security operations are monitored from a central monitoring station. The centralized incident management through the SCC by a networked array of DVR/Surveillance/CMS/BMS operations demands a very high degree of knowledge, skills, exposure, and orientation to carry out these operations.   - A willingness to learn and adapt to the emerging threats and counter measures will go a long way to streamline/stabilise the operations.   - Excellent coordination and communication skills
