As part of this, Institutional Sales are looking to recruit talented and result driven individuals in a number of areas to support sales teams across the globe. This will enable onshore sales teams to dedicate more time delivering better service to clients and make it easier for customers to do business with HSBC. Initially, limited client interaction is anticipated although the scope of the role is expected to develop and change over time according to business needs, maturity of technology solutions, and expansion of the offshore capability. The individual will be expected to work closely with the COO function and internal sales people in onshore locations.  The role will entail working with the onshore Institutional Sales Regional Business Managers in onshore, in developing the Institutional Sales Performance Function globally.
