We are looking for HR Consultant from the IT industry

Tasks/Responsibilities :

- Organization Chart for Global IT Company

- Job Description & Profiling for each position

- Provide advice and recommendations for appropriate title vis-a-vis SBU's

- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address org planning

Experience:

- 10-15 years+ of experience in HR Organizational development, specifically in the IT sector

- Expert knowledge on creating organizational structure, strategy & plan for the HR department

Education: Master or Postgraduate in the relevant field from a known institution
