Job Description

Role: HRIS Analyst

Experience: 4 to 10

Position Summary:

The HRIS Analyst will be supporting the day-to-day administration of our HRIS system, Ceridian Dayforce, with a strong focus on system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting. This position will partner with the Manager, People Success Applications (HRIS) in identifying areas of improvement/opportunities within Dayforce. Initially, this role will have a large focus on UK Payroll re-configuration (analyzing existing UK Payroll/Pay Setup including Earnings, Deductions, Pay Policies, and Entitlements). In addition, this role will have the opportunity to work alongside our global People Success (HR) team in creating system efficiency across our global People processes.

Essential Functions:

- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned Ceridian Dayforce platform modules, including but not limited to Payroll Setup, Pay Setup, and Reporting

- Serve as first point of contact to consult with users in diagnosing and resolving problems; performs root cause analysis, identifies, and executes solutions, or escalates issues to Manager, People Success Applications (HRIS) when appropriate

- Partner with the Manager, People Success Applications (HRIS) on bi-annual Release User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scripts, testing system changes, and tracking any changes in previous behavior

- Collaborate with Manager, People Success Applications (HRIS) on future HRIS system enhancements and design through assessment, configuration, implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout and administration of new user features and modules

- Assist with clean up of Reporting Library, identifying essential reports that can be used globally

- Process and validate mass imports, clean-ups, and reports on any data discrepancies.

- Assist with ad hoc reporting requests/reporting format inquiries

- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements

- Assist with HRIS project coordination

Skills and Experience:

- 4+ years of recent experience working with Ceridian Dayforce, required

- Working knowledge of International Payroll (UK, Australia, and other areas in EMEA/APAC) highly preferred.

- Proficiency with most Dayforce modules; i.e Payroll, Benefits, and HR

- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills

- Experience working within a global organization

- Ability to prioritize when faced with multiple and competing deadlines
