HR Workday Analyst
- The HRIS Analyst Workday (Recruiting) is responsible for the day-to-day success of Workdays Recruiting and Onboarding modules
- This role will report to the onsite team in US in a techno-functional role
- We are looking for candidates with advanced expertise in managing Workday Recruiting & Onboarding configuration, and day to day support of these modules
- Configure business processes and notifications
- Serve as an advanced subject matter expert within Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
- Utilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements
- Participate in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality
- Work with the IT Team to ensure recruiting integrations are operating as expected and
- Create/import EIBs as applicable
- Document internal processes and procedures
- Actively Support Workday Semi-Annual Upgrade testing and adoption of delivered enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Create/modify Workday Recruiting reports and/or dashboards
- Maintain technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Workday Community
- Top 3 Mandatory Skills ; manage Workday Recruiting & Onboarding configuration, and day to day support of these modules
- Notice Period should be 1 month or less
- Excel knowledge
- Good communication skills mandatory
