Roles and Responsibilities : - Involved in HR Transformation projects and provide suggestions wherever required. - Will be working directly with the HR- Head on all HR related project - Experience in working on long-term transformation projects and interventions at an organizational level. This would involve project planning, requirement gathering, organization and process design, implementation support across the HR service delivery model - Involvement in planning and executing organization-wide change programs, or change initiatives for specific projects/journeys for systems or processes - Stakeholder management, Process design and benchmarking, PMO, change management, payroll transitioning, manpower planning, performance management, - Identified and highlighted automation opportunities and Key customer moments across -activities in HR Processes Desired Candidate Profile : - MBA from Good institute with HR transformation/ HR Analytics Required Skill-set : - Excellent communication skill, MS office. - Strong articulation skill. - Strong sense of ownership and delivery.
