HR Transformation & OD Manager | XLRI/MDI/TISS/SCMHRD (2019/2020/2021 batch)
Role Overview:
The incumbent will support in design of the organization structure, job bands, compensation strategy, various HR processes and policies for a new business vertical. He/she will also support the large scale HR Transformation project along with change management, organization development initiatives & HR Technology adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in designing the job architecture / organization structure for the business and define job bands / Grades structure across all roles.
- Formulate the Compensation philosophy and strategy based on organization strategy and market trends.
- Design the compensation structure, pay bands, short term and long term incentive schemes.
- Design the benefits architecture for the business and various HR policies related to the same.
- Support strategic workforce planning by understanding the talent needs, designing the resourcing / recruitment strategy and create a good talent pipeline for the business.
- Design the Performance Management philosophy and develop processes to create a performance-oriented culture through objective target setting, monitoring on-going performance, ensuring continuous performance discussions, development plans for key talent.
- Design and execute strategic, high impact talent management processes, Succession management, Leadership Development, OD interventions to support business priorities.
- Develop the career management architecture by facilitating horizontal growth through internal talent movement and designing the promotion policy.
- Design the Capability building model in terms of systems and processes for functional/technical learning needs for the business.
- Build robust employee engagement strategy including employee communication, rewards and recognition framework and employee listening mechanisms.
- Design and deliver cultural interventions based on insights from engagement and organization health surveys.
- Responsible for execution of remuneration review cycles salary, compensation analytics, and variable payout cycles.
- Support large scale organization restructuring projects by conducting interviews/data gathering, supporting workshops to help develop a clear understanding of the roles, responsibilities, as well as helping document the changes.
- Support people/organization related risks and changes that may occur as a result of implementing large transitions, transformation and digitization.
- Support the manpower budgeting and forecasting process across the business.
