Responsibilities

1. As the HR Transformation and HRMS Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our human resource processes through the effective management of our HRMS system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of HR transformation initiatives and the seamless operation of our HRMS software, including but not limited to ATS, Employee Life Cycle, PMS, Payroll and LMS.

2. Process Improvement:

- Work closely with HR teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance HR processes through technology and best practices.

3. Data Management:

- Manage employee data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

- Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven HR decisions.

4. HR Transformation:

- Collaborate with HR leadership to plan and execute HR transformation projects.

- Assist in the development of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR processes.

5. Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRMS functionalities.

- Act as a point of contact for HRMS-related queries and assistance.

6. Compliance:

- Ensure HR processes and data management comply with relevant laws and regulations.

- Assist in audits and compliance assessments as needed.
